For BambooHR customers, the integration connects Virvell directly to the hiring pipeline they already run. When a candidate moves into a configured hiring stage, Virvell automatically launches the right screening step: an AI pre-screen interview, a voice AI reference check, or a background check. Pre-screen and reference results post back onto the candidate in BambooHR, so recruiters see complete screening intelligence without leaving the system they work in.
The AI category matters to us because of what it signals. Most AI hiring tools score, rank, and shortlist candidates automatically, then ask buyers to trust the output. Virvell was built on the opposite premise: the AI gathers and organizes the evidence, cross-verifies what candidates say against their references and background checks, and shows talent teams what is corroborated, what conflicts, and where the gaps are. A human makes every decision. No scoring, no rankings, no auto-rejection.
