What's included in each plan?
Every plan includes unlimited AI pre-screen interviews and reference checks. Background verification is available as an add-on for Essentials, included in Professional (Identity + Criminal), and fully comprehensive in Enterprise (+ Employment & Education verification).

Each "candidate" gets all included screenings based on your tier.
How does the credit system work?
Each plan gives you a set number of candidate screenings per year. One candidate = one complete screening (pre-screen + background + references).
Unused screenings roll over for one month, so you never lose value if you have a slow hiring month.
Do I have to use all three services?
Nope. Use what you need, when you need it. Some months you might only run pre-screens. Other months you might need full screening. You're paying for flexibilityβnot forced to use services you don't need.
How long does complete screening take?
