Authorize the connection

In Virvell, go to Settings → Integrations, select BambooHR, and authorize the connection. You'll be redirected to BambooHR to approve access, then back to Virvell.

Map your hiring stages

Map each BambooHR hiring stage to the screening actions you want — pre-screen, reference check, or background check. Configure write-back: which BambooHR status each outcome sets, and enable auto-advance if you want it.

Save and you're done

Save your configuration. Virvell monitors your BambooHR pipeline and runs the mapped screenings automatically as candidates progress.
