In Ashby admin, add the Virvell assessment type to any stage of any interview plan — pre-screen, post-offer, or anywhere in between.

When a candidate reaches that stage, the Ashby user clicks "Start Assessment" — Virvell runs the configured flow: pre-screen call, reference outreach, or background check.

Find Virvell in Ashby

In Ashby admin, navigate to Integrations MarketplaceVirvellConnect.

Generate an Ashby API key

In Ashby admin, go to Admin → Integrations → API Keys and click + New. Grant the key these permissions: Candidates (Read and Write) and Applications (Read). Save the key and paste it into Virvell's setup wizard.

Done

The three Virvell assessment types appear in any interview plan's "Add Activity" picker. Attach them to whichever stages you want.
